Twitch addresses delay in Overwatch League emotes

Twitch has addressed the delay in handing out the OWL tokens. An announcement earlier in the day focussed on awarding viewers OWL tokens which can then be used to buy and support your favourite team skins in the game. Each skin comes with approximately 100 tokens and users can get 1 token per map win.
