The Overwatch League is supposed to be a professional league in Overwatch. With player contracts and stipends, the league offers a lot of support and interest for everyone concerned. However there seems to have been some problems with the teams in the initial signing days. Players are deciding who will join the teams based on personal preferences and their aptitude with certain players. This effectively means that the organisations are not able to pick the best team based on performances only.
