Orgs hire someone and pay them a lot of money to build them a team, to use their knowledge and expertise of the scene.

My nan could grab all the players from EU/ NA/ KR and trial them. That doesn't show expertise of the scene.

Kruise is one of the most well known players int he overwatch scene. With Overwatch League Coming closer, most of the organisations are finalising their roster. We have several key rosters already announced and yet there will be more organisations with more than 6 players.
