Evil Genius Manager and COO talks about Valve’s TI8 qualifier invites

TI8 is the single biggest Dota 2 event in the scene. Valve set up the DPC system for this year in order to rationalize the TI8 invites. However, another overlooked aspect of the system involved the invites for the TI8 qualifiers. Also, Valve has the right to reserve slots per region and they decided to award 3 slots to NA region while CIS gets only 1 slot.
