Should Sunder receive a nerf in the next patch?

Terrorblade’s ultimate ‘Sunder’ has been under a lot of scrutinies recently. The ultimate which has a talent linked to it at Level 25 has its cooldown reduces to just 5 seconds. It allows Terrorblade to get out of sticky situations. Nowhere was it more manifested than in the Virtus Pro game. The ultimate becomes extremely powerful as it becomes very difficult to take down Terrorblade late in the game.

There is actually 0 way sunder doesn’t get nerfed after this game.
