Spunj : Valve has a massive disconnect with the viewers regarding Majors

From talking with valve in the past it seems like there is a disconnect between what they want a major to be and what the players/community think it should be. Ive gotten the impression they want it to be a showcase of their game.

The Valve Major system has been critiqued heavily for their decision to hold the qualifiers in the US to having a different format for the Major.
