PPD blasts ESL for substandard conditions

Dislike that a @ESLDota2 Hamburg hosts sub par player conditions/tournament format and still is a major because of the prize money being presented.

PPD has come out against the substandard conditions at ESL Hamburg. The tournament format is also one that is not conducive to the players and the general format does not provide the best possible challenge. However it is a major, mainly due to the total prize money. Having the prize money as the sole criteria for any possible major decision might seem a big far fetched, but right now there is no other option to it.
