FaceIT making players finish the game after their opponents leave

The Dota 2 TI8 open qualifiers are currently underway. There are a few rules which have come under heavy criticism in these qualifiers. One such rule, which the admins seem adamant about enforcing is to ensure one team finishes the game. This is despite the other team has been absent from the server for over 25 to 30 minutes. It is definitely a needless action, one which wastes time and does not seem to be fruitful at all.

Instead of dq a team thats been out of the game for 25 30 min, they make players unpause and end the game.
