Chappie from Team Empire has been unable to secure his passport and attend the biggest esports event in history. As a result of his absence, Chappie will not be able to attend The International 2017 at Seattle.

The issues for Chappie started with obtaining VISA to the United States of America. Ofcourse ultimately he did receive his VISA, however his passport was not returned to him on time. While we have no confirmation whether it has been returned yet, Chappie will not be able to attend the International 2017.
