All you need to know about Apex Legends Battle Pass
Apex Legends has received the update of the Season 1 Battle Pass on PC ( Origin ), PS4 and Xbox One. The novelty brings about 100 cosmetic items, game coins, Apex packages, plus the new Octane character. The first season is scheduled to last for three months and the pass costs 950 Apex coins, about $44. Respawn Games has confirmed that it will be possible to get up to 1,000 coins as a reward as the pass progresses up to level 100.
With the update, players will need to adapt their Apex Legends settings. How does the Battle Pass work? The Battle Pass uses a level progression system, meaning each game rewards players with an amount of experience to evolve the pass to level 100. In Apex there are no weekly challenges, as in Fortnite, however, Respawn has announced in Reddit official thread of a progression bonus for players using different characters.

The purchase of the pass immediately unlocks three visuals: Revolutionary Lifeline, Survivor Wraith, and Outlaw Mirage. In addition, each level won ensures different rewards, which can be cosmetic items, game coins, and Apex packages.
Pass items are available to be unlocked only for the duration of Season 1. However, once you win the reward, it remains in inventory for the next seasons. Players who do not want to buy the pass will get a look for Octane, five Apex packs, and statistic trackers for the characters.
Meet Octane The new character, Octane, has three abilities: the first one passively recovers his life when he is not in combat. The second increases the character’s movement speed by 30%, but costs 10% of the hit points to use. Ultimately, its ultimate is a portable trampoline that propels players to the top. To unlock Octane you need to buy it with Legend Chips, one of the coins in the game.
