WePlay invite NIP, Alliance and Forward Gaming to their Winter Madness Event.
The WePlay Winter Madness event will take place in the Christmas Break. The tournament will ensure that Dota 2 fans still have something to watch during this off-season. It starts on December 27 and takes place until January 5th. The tournament takes place at a time when there are no other competing events. It will feature some well-known teams as well. Today WePlay announced that they will be inviting NIP, Alliance and Forward Gaming to their event. They are some of the well-known teams with both the Swedish organisations pulling in huge viewership numbers from their fans. The WePlay announcement. Format Group stage
Odds at WePlay! – Who will win?
Several days before the tournament begins, the group stage matches will be decided, while punch players will place ante-post bets. Risk-average punters will bet on Group A and Group B winners as well as those who do not want to wait for the competition to conclude.
Group B is obviously favoured, Nigma earning 3/ 5 odds at Buff.bet and Gambit Esports at 11/5 at a distance. In the meantime, Royal Never Give Up is a slight favourite in Group A at 6/5, with Ninjas at 8/5 behind in Pyjamas.
Punters can be creative and bet on the Community of Independent States ‘ most successful team. In Gambit esports the bookies expect 3/10 in the Betway esports at the former to finish in the final standings only. Gambit is much better than Team Spirit. The best performing North American squad will be much more difficult to predict, as both Ninjas in Pyjamas and Fighting Pandas are expensive for 9/10.
