Valve will decide the next Major early next year

Valve has a tendency to announce CSGO Major details and dates really late in the year. This year, they announced the Eleague Major 2018 and its qualifiers extremely late this year. Taking cue from their mistakes, Valve have already sent out letters to tournament organisers in order to arrange the next Major for 2018.

According to a report by HLTV; Valve will be selecting from amongst the proposals by the end of November. Announcing the tournament very early would be extremely beneficial providing players adequate time to prepare themselves for the Major and the Minor. We expect Valve to announce the next Major immediately post the Eleague Boston Major.
