Thoorin provides a new way to choose invitees to the Minors

Crazy thought: maybe winning a tier 2/3 event, like NiP did, could qualify you for a minor. Not, you know, 3 online Bo1s.

Teams being invited to the minors definitely has created controversy. There have been instances where certain invited teams don’t even deserve their position over other stronger teams. Thoorin has put forth a new suggestion wherein teams with proven track records ( in winning smaller tournaments ) can be provided a better place in the minors as such
