ESEA MDL Matches are played with 24 teams in total. However the scheduling ensures that there are only 16 matches. This places a lot of concern and weight on the match-ups and fixtures. This creates an unfair advantage for some teams as they might get a weaker, more favorable match-up for themselves.

I think @ESEA MDL should have every team play each other once. With 24 teams but 16 matches, some teams get an easier start to the season
