Shroud barely getting 200 FPS at the Major

Cloud 9 just came off the finals from ESL One Cologne 2017. Their performance, although in light of the weak road to the finals should also be commended. Coming into the Major, Cloud9, along with other players definitely find the equipment available at the major lacklustre. Shroud expresses his opinion on the matter and mentions how he is personally getting 100 fps lower than what he is normally accustomed to.

Uhm.. I5 was sitting barely at 200, once your near a smoke you get under 150 instantly. The i7 maintains 300+ near a smoke 250ish soo 100+
