Guardian wants de_Tuscan back in the map pool

CSGO Maps have not seen a new addition since several years. The last two maps were added several years ago. Guardian feels the time is right for the addition of Tuscan, a new map into the pool.

Why cant we get de_tuscan @csgo_dev ???? Everyone is asking for it, would make the map pool more alive, awesome map .. just do it for us :p
