Should CSGO , Valve get a community manager?

CSGO has long been the other child for Valve. With Valve focussing heavily on Dota2 and The International, CSGO has been a distant child with smaller prize pools and less development on the game itself. The recent Jump Bug saw a lot of criticism for the CSGO devs from the community. This led to the lack of a clear line of communication with Valve by the professional players.

I think all that @csgo_dev have to do is to get a community manager that has knowlage about cs. Everything else is/was fine

Do you think Valve should hire a community manager? This would definitely help them to keep in touch with the ground realities and communicate with the community. The community would be able to voice their concerns publicly.
