Are the Chinese viewership numbers valid?

CSGO viewership numbers have been increasing exponentially over the past few years. The interest in esports is spearheaded by the viewership numbers for CSGO. However these CSGO viewership numbers are mainly for Twitch. Twitch caters largely to the western audience from USA and EU. However there is a huge viewership base in China, which is not included into the CSGO viewership numbers.
