Is there an age ceiling in CSGO?

We had all but dismissed the Virtus pro roster as being incompetent and that age might be a significant reason behind that. However just a few days ago, Virtus Pro shocked everyone with their splendid performance. The team was able to put forth one of the best series in Counter STrike tournament finals that we have seen in a long time. A big part of this performance was NEO. NEO, who is almost 30 years old can still play to the best of his ability and regularly challenge the best players in the world.

To think NEO is 30 years old and he played like he did at EPICENTER against the very best teams in the world – what's the age barrier in CS?
