Should the community expect the very best from tournament organisers?

Yesterday the stream at the official Major was down for quite sometime. The match between Cloud9 and BIG was played offline as a result robbing fans of the ability to view their favorite teams in action. This definitely resulted in an outrage from the community which wanted to see their favorite teams in action.

This community is disappointing me more and more with their lack of understanding as to what actually goes on at event.

Sadokist feels that there are certain issues which are out of the organisers hand. However we definitely feel that if a tournament worth $1,000,000 is being organised, there should be contingency plans for such problems. It is extremely unprofessional on the part of the organisers not to be prepared for such a scenario.
