Team Japan cannot practice till a day before the qualifiers due to lack of PC in the hotel

The Australian qualifiers for the Overwatch World cup is the next big esports event in Overwatch. However it seems that the hotel which is housing the teams cannot setup PC at their location. Hence the teams are unable to practice their plays and coordinate their strategies.
